Refund policy

We aim to give you a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Since we deal with health and nutrition products, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure product authenticity and customer safety.



Eligibility for Returns



A return or replacement is allowed only if:


  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged, leaking, or physically defective.
  • The package is missing items or tampered on arrival.
  • You received a product with expired or short-dated shelf life (less than 6 months).




Non-Returnable Items



For safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:


  • Opened or used products
  • Products with seal broken
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage
  • Freebies, samples, or discounted promotional bundles
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)




Return Window



You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of:


  • Shipping label
  • Outer box
  • Inner packaging
  • Product and the issue



Requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.



Return Process



  1. Contact our support team at support@legendarysportsnutrition.com or WhatsApp support.
  2. Share order ID + unboxing video/photos.
  3. Our QC team verifies the issue.
  4. If approved, you will receive either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A store credit, or
    • A refund, depending on the case




Refund Timeline



Refunds are processed within:


  • 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • 7–10 business days to the original payment method



COD orders are refunded as store credit only.



Cancellation Policy



  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
